As a new mom I couldn’t be happier I got laid off at seemingly the worst possible time.

So I worked at a famous hotel brand for 2 years when I got pregnant with my son. I was miserable there from the start. But it was a big opportunity for me to be able to be a manager at the age of 23.
Without a college degree, and without real hotel experience! I was not going to be the mom that was never home though!
Fast forward to being pregnant at 25, I was grateful I would have the time off from work. Living in New Jersey I was one of the lucky moms to even get paid time off of work when I had my son.
When I returned to work my son was 4 months old (I took all the time off available to me). Shortly after, I married my husband, and 2 months into returning I got laid off because they no longer required my position.
I was so relieved. I could stay home and just be a mom.
The reality is, I knew it was coming. The place was going downhill fast like a runaway train. I was applying to jobs left and right the entire time I was there, to no avail.
Don’t get me wrong, the job could have been worse. My coworkers were amazing, but I was the manager and I was supposed to be able to help them. There is no more frustrating feeling than having the position to help but being incapable of doing so.
I found myself a direct sales opportunity that has been my lifesaver. It’s a dreamlife for a mom!
Only, maybe the week after I got laid off I found out I was pregnant again! We wanted kids close together, but the universe saw fit to make that a reality a lot sooner than we had anticipated. Now I’d be a brand new mom to two!
It was no big deal though, I was excited to work on my new opportunity and be my own boss! It was so exciting, I saw myself hugely pregnant with all the time in the world to spend with my son before our daughter’s arrival because I had put in the work and built this massive empire before she was born.
Only that’s not exactly what happened.
But I kept at it. I knew in my heart that this was the life for me. That there was more out there and I was going to get it. As a mom, my mission was to provide for my kids and I would not quit!
The more I researched into how to make this new life work for me the more I realized it all came down to one thing. One thing was all I was missing!

I’ve been surfing online more than 3 hours today,
yet I never found any interesting article like yours.
It’s pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all site owners and
bloggers made good content as you did, the net will
be a lot more useful than ever before. I am not sure where you’re getting your
information, but good topic. I needs to spend some time
learning much more or understanding more. Thanks for fantastic
information I was looking for this info for my mission.
